Privacy Policy

308 Embroidery is a small, locally owned shop in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. This page explains, in plain English, what information we collect through this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Quote and contact requests. When you use our quote form, email, or call us, we receive what you choose to share: your name, email, phone number, project details, quantities, dates, and any artwork or logo files you upload.
- Text permission. If you check the box saying it’s OK to text you, we may text you about your quote or order. Reply or tell us anytime to stop.
- Basic site analytics. We use Google Analytics to see general things like which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. This uses cookies and does not tell us who you are.
- Online payments. If we offer online checkout (for example, school spirit wear), payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we don’t see or store your full card number. We receive your name, contact info, what you ordered, and shipping or pickup details so we can fill the order.
How we use it
We use your information to answer questions, prepare quotes, produce and deliver your order, send receipts, and follow up about your project. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it except with services that help us run the shop (such as our web host, email provider, payment processor, or shipping carriers) or when required by law.
Your artwork
Logos and artwork you send are used only for your order. We may keep them on file so reorders are easy. We won’t post photos of your finished items publicly without your OK.
Outside links
Our site links to Google (maps and reviews) and Facebook. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and anything you post there, like a review, is governed by them.
Cookies
Analytics cookies can be blocked or cleared in your browser settings. The site works fine without them.
How long we keep it
We keep quote and order records as long as they’re useful for your business with us and for our normal bookkeeping and tax records.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you, or to stop contacting you. Just reach out using the contact details below and we’ll take care of it. Some records may need to be kept for tax or legal reasons.
Children
This site isn’t aimed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. School orders are placed by parents, staff, or other adults.
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new date.
