Quotes

Quotes from our website form are estimates based on the details you give us. Final pricing is confirmed before we start production and can change if quantities, garments, artwork, or stitch counts change.

Proofs and approval

We’ll share a proof or confirm details for custom work. Please check spelling, colors, sizes, and placement carefully. Once you approve, we produce the order as approved.

Your artwork

When you send us a logo or design, you’re confirming you own it or have permission to use it. We may decline artwork we believe infringes someone else’s trademark or copyright, or that we find inappropriate.

Custom items

Because embroidered and printed items are made to order, they generally can’t be returned or exchanged once produced. If we made a mistake or an item is defective, let us know promptly and we’ll make it right by fixing, replacing, or refunding the affected items. Garment availability and timelines depend on our suppliers; we’ll keep you posted if anything changes.

Payments and online orders

Payment terms are confirmed with your order. Online payments, such as school spirit wear checkout, are processed securely by Stripe. Charges and receipts may show our legal business name, Make This Social LLC, which does business as 308 Embroidery.

Website content

Photos, text, and graphics on this site belong to 308 Embroidery or are used with permission. Customer logos shown in our work belong to their owners. Please don’t copy our content without asking.

Accuracy

We try to keep prices, hours, and product details current, but the site may occasionally have errors. We’re not responsible for third-party sites we link to, like Google or Facebook.

Limits

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Nebraska law that can’t be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. We’d always rather talk it through first, so please contact us with any concern.
